Directors: Use this form to:
(1) Sign up your band (if you haven’t already) and
(2) Submit your Band & Show information for the Program Guide and on‑field announcements.
Deadline for signing up your band and submitting the Band & Show Information is August 31, 2018.
Send your $200 Entry Fee ($175 if you signed up before March 1, 2018) to:

Make checks payable to “LCHS Band Boosters”. Your spot in the competition is not locked in until we receive your Entry Fee.
