Drive-thru Dinner Fundraiser
Sales: April 9 – 25, 2018
Pickup: Thursday, May 3, 2018
The band will serve up a delicious Drive-Thru Dinner on Thursday, May 3, 2018, featuring a Chicken or Pork Chop meal from Nelson’s Catering. The meal includes mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, roll & butter, and dessert.
Tickets are available April 9-25 from any LCHS Band student for just $10/meal. Don’t know a Band Student? Contact one of the Booster Officers to get your tickets.
On May 3, simply drive into the Student (south) Limestone parking lot between 4:00 and 6:30 pm, present your tickets to the waiting students, and drive off with a great meal.
Students and Parents: When selling dinners, give the customer the tear-off portion of the ticket. Keep the stapled stub of the ticket and write the student’s name and the customer’s name on it. Place the stapled stubs and money in the lockbox in the band room by end of day Wednesday, April 25.
Volunteers will be needed on the day of the Drive-thru to set up, serve the meals, and clean up. Also, donations of cookies/brownies are needed. Bring them to the school between 3-4 pm on May 3. If possible, please package them individually in sandwich bags or wax bags so that we can easily put them in the meal containers.
